1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Sync for Notion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Sync for Notion provides a synchronization platform ("Swarm Engine") that connects Google Sheets, Gmail, Todoist, and Notion. We offer bidirectional and unidirectional sync capabilities based on your subscription plan.
3. User Accounts & Data
To use Sync for Notion, you must connect third-party accounts via OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it. We do not store your original data on our servers beyond what is necessary to perform current synchronization tasks.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Sync for Notion offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed via Dodo Payments. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are subject to our discretion and technical evaluation.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Sync for Notion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to, a breach of these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sync for Notion is provided "as is". While we strive for "The Perfect Mirror" sync, we are not liable for any data loss, API rate limits reached, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms (Notion, Google, Todoist).
